Because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please note the following; You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment, if you are dissatisfied with your merchandise in any way. Please call us at 626.441.1112 for a return authorization. You may return any item within 15 days of your receiving date, for a refund of the merchandise purchased,  less shipping charges. We will issue a credit to the same card that was originally used for the purchase.The item must be packed in its original box with all merchandise tags and labels intact, the Impromptu receipt and the credit card receipt (or copy) included, returned to Impromptu prepaid. Please re-pack the item well, because if it's just thrown into a box with no cushioning, we will not honor the return. COD returns will not be accepted. Our Folk Art pieces are made to look vintage, and the "character" they have is not a defect, but intentional.
